It is water resistance product, water resistance means not smudge proof. Don't rub ur makeup it will. Defiantly comes out. Just use it before as primer and mix it with ur foundation, use blush, highlighter, contour concelr all cream prduct with touch of this product and u get a water resistance makeup.
